The pool was a refreshing escape, and we loved seeing wildlife wander through the gardens right outside our room.

Wonderful wildlife sightings right outside the room.
During my stay, I was quite disappointed with the amenities. There were no bathrobes, slippers, or hair conditioner provided, which I expected from a hotel charging such high rates. Additionally, the service was less than satisfactory, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to address minor issues promptly.

Location near the falls is perfect. Food is excellent with diverse menu. Evening entertainment includes a nice outdoor bar area but staff can be a bit slow at dinner service.

great location but small pool
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the national park. The grounds are stunning, filled with vibrant flowers in late October. I particularly enjoyed the view of the river which added a serene backdrop to my stay.
The pool is quite small, which may not suit everyone.

Breaking it down, plain and simple
What an experience! Just steps from the falls, it’s a natural wonder. The staff was incredibly helpful, even with my luggage woes. Delicious breakfast and a well-stocked minibar made it even better! Wildlife freely roamed the grounds and the lush landscapes were perfect for relaxation. Highly recommended!

My rollercoaster experience!
Each morning began with a fantastic breakfast buffet truly fit for royalty. The location couldn't be better. a quick walk to breathtaking sights and nature right outside my door made every moment special.
The only downside was the street noise that occasionally disrupted the peacefulness of my room. Some communication hiccups with staff also detracted slightly from the overall experience.

The proximity to the falls is fantastic, offering breathtaking views of wildlife like warthogs right outside our window. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, featuring a wide range of options, including delicious fries. However, constant noise from nearby renovations disrupted the tranquil experience, and the room was occasionally neglected in cleaning consistency. Despite these setbacks, the ambiance and dining options were still enjoyable.

Highly recommend for families looking for adventure
The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. One evening, we dined under the stars-the food was beautifully presented, and I still dream about those delicious ostrich fillets.
It wasn’t cheap but honestly worth every penny.
